It's brill. I got it for a song from a family member who was moving house and thought I was doing them a favour by buying it from them for £30. They are currently being sold on offer in Tesco at less than half price - at £99.
It's great for cooking kebabs, anything fatty that you want the grease to drip off, anything in breadcrumbs that might go soggy if you grilled it, makes oven chips taste yum. And more. It heats up quickly, cooks quicker than in the oven and I've probably saved DH a lot of money on the electricity.
It's crap for making normal chips though. :)
