Well I wouldn't. Mind you I know somebody who always take this sort of thing camping without fridging it. I wouldn't dare myself. Ricotta is soft cheese after all.

Depends on the temperature it was stored at. Tortelini contains cheese and probably raw eggs in the pasta so it's risky. I'd risk it as my kitchen is cool in summer, (it's a walk in fridge in the winter though). Grin
