I've got nearly 20 pineapples (don't ask!) - what can I make with them that I can freeze?

sweet and sour chicken?

Pineapple Jam. It works really well. I am working my way through a jar this week on my toast at breakfast. You could also try candying some to preserve it.
Also, did you know that you can cut it in to chunks and freeze it? My mother does it all the time as, living on her own, she can't get through a whole pineapple at once (I don't know why not). It freezes really well and does not all turn to mush.
