Cooks professional bread maker, help please!!

I bought the cooks professional bread maker via groupon last month. They sent me the bloody thing minus any instruction manual or recipe book. I contacted them and they said they couldn't send me out a manual and credited by groupon account so I was happy with that.

I have looked everywhere online and I can't find the manual or recipe book for this model anywhere on the internet! So if you have this model would you be able to post some basic recipes on the thread? Or does anyone have a spare manual they wouldn't mind sending me? Thanks.

Do you have a model number? And does the brand go by any another name? You can buy manuals online but 'Cooks Professional' doesn't come up in the lists.

Thanks that blog has been helpful. I've managed to get the machine to churn out a basic white loaf but half the settings buttons don't seem to work either. I think they've just sent me a dud! Can't see any model numbers anywhere on it. The only wording on it says "cooks Professional". I'm quite cross that I can't get the settings to work as it has one for jam and one for cake!!

I can find the instructions for their 'Essential' model but not the 'Professional' model. They might be similar enough, I haven't read them. On first page of Google if you search Cook's Essential bread maker. Sorry I can't link due to phone.
