Squid rings

I got some squid rings cheap cheap off the reduced section today. No idea now what I can do with them? Fish pie? Or just fry up with butter and garlic and treat like scallops?

I like them stir fried with chilli, ginger and garlic. Or you could make salt and pepper squid.

Dry them thoroughly, toss in seasoned flour including some cornflour(eg - salt, pepper, paprika), deep fry hot and quickly and serve with seasoned rice and salad

I don't have a deep fat fryer...

I can stir fry though. Have chilli ginger and garlic. What do you serve them with? Or do you eat on their own? X

Serve on salad, or stir fry with veg and serve on noodles or rice
