Lunchbox ideas-help stuck in rut!

My 15 month old son goes to a childminder 4 days a week and we have to provide lunch. I am stuck in a rut for his lunch I normally do cheese sandwiches, omelette, jacket potato or quesadilla but these are all a variation involving cheddar. Can some of you wonderful mumsnetters provide me with inspiration? I am bored of making his lunch so he must be bored of eating it! Thanks in advance!

Little Deli selection eg.

Cooked meat
Cheese
Salad veg. cherry toms, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, peppers
Bread sticks & crackers

Small pasta shapes with peas ans sweetcorn and/or tuna or chicken

Mini wraps
Mini pittas

Fruit - grapes, straws, bananas, clementines - all travel well

Yoghurt/Jelly puches - but these have sugar and are processed, its up to you I guess. As a treat I may buy custard pots.
