How long do I slow cook my briskit??

I have a 850gram peice of briskit to cook in my slow cooker tomorrow.

I'm serving it with carrot and swede mash, braised leeks and cabbage and Yorkshire puddings and gravey....

But I have no idea on timings, low or high heat setting etc.

Also what should I put in the slow cooker with it? I have onions, whole grain mustard, and the usual store cupboard ingredients.

Please help me!

Thank you!

I personally would lightly oil the slowcooker, and place one onion (cut roughly into four or more pieces, just chunks) and two or three carrots, cut into chunks on the bottom. Put the meat on top of this, and add nothing. Cook on low for about 8 hours. You'll have lots of juices from the meat, and it makes a lovely gravy with Bisto added.
