With Ramadan fast approaching, thought this year I would try harira soup but there are so many different recipes on the Web. So I thought maybe you lovely ladies had some tried and tested recipes to offer. I would be doing it in the slow cooker.

TIA Flowers

I bake a lot for work. No real reason other then I like cooking. If I left it at home I'd eat it all so i take it to work. I do theme cooking too e.g Easter cakes, Halloween biscuits, and other events. We have a new guy at work who is a devout Muslim so now I have a new event to bake for (yay). What can I bake for Ramadan/Eid when it's time?

That's kind of you Serenity. I'm sure whatever you made, your colleague would appreciate it x

There is nothing traditional I can make? Google has lots of suggestions but sometimes a personal recommendation is better :-)

Where's your colleague from? Different cultures have different foods, I can only comment on Bengali!
