Need a light, possibly fruity dessert to follow a curry.

It's for 4 people and needs to be quite cheap to make!

Baked peaches with brown sugar and ginger. Slice peaches in half, sprinkle with brown sugar and ginger and pop in 180'c oven for 15 minutes. Serve with creme fraiche or ice cream. Easy.

Do u mean fresh, root ginger or the powdered stuff?

Leave off the ginger. I'm not bothered either about ginger.

Trifle?

Pavlova with tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and passion fruit and/or coconut ice cream

BaconAndAvocado · 19/06/2014 21:44

luna that sounds perfecto! Really refreshing after a heavy curry.

I've already got some mango from Aldi in the freezer, just need pavlovas, double cream, pineapple, passion fruit and coconut ice cream?

Sorted Thanks
