HELP PLEASE - First time Cake Stall-er

Advice and tips please
I've got some ideas for the cakes and biscuits etc courtesy of my good friends Nigella and Delia, but....
What should I charge?
Should I wrap everything in clingfilm?
Should I put a sticker with the ingredients on them?

I'd label with what it is and if it contains nuts. not sure about the wrapping.

Can you get any cellophane wrap and secure under a paper plate. Label with any ingredients such as nuts and seeds to which people may be allergic or if gluten free/egg free. Plsu perhasp the name fo the cake inc ase people want ot make it themselves. Who are you selling to ?
