I want to make Mushroom and Spinach Polenta but I can't find my copy! We moved weeks ago and still haven't unpacked everything ... haven't a clue where it is.
I don't need the whole recipe, just the amounts of polenta and water, I think. I can probably make up the rest

I don't have the book, but when I make polenta, I use 1.5litres of water for 375g of polenta.
