Salmon Recipes for Tea - Help??

Do any of you have a good recipe for salmon. I would like to make something easy for tonights tea - I have salmon, baby corn, mange tout etc and all usual store cupboard ingredients. Any suggestions? I usually just roast the salmon and put chill sauce or something over it but would like something different. Thank you.

Sounds like the makings of a stir fry to me - we love the salmon marinaded in 2 or 3 tbsp soy, chinese vinegar (or lime juice), miso paste and orange juice plus a tbsp honey and a tbsp grated ginger. Use the marinade as your stir fry sauce.
Or salmon baked with capers and lemon with rice pilaf and feta.

Do you have bacon? If so, wrap rashers round the pieces of salmon, anoint with lemon juice, season, wrap in foil and bake in a good tempered ie approx 180ish oven until it is as done as you like.
Steam the veggies, make a sauce using the liquid from the meat and creme fraiche or even just a thin, tasty gravy-type thing.

I am loving all the suggestions and now I am getting very hungry. Thinking stir fry as I know that will be handy to make and can serve it with some noodles or rice. Going to google salmon teriyaki!

Bit late but I made this recently and it was really good.

Any green tea bags? Rip them open, roll the salmon in the leaves, and steam. (Jamie 15 minue meal)

I know you've made it now, but salmon tempura is yum and so easy.
