I have leftover barbecued trout and no clue...please help wise MNetters!

We have enough leftover barbecued trout to feed all 4 of us tonight but I have no inspiration what to do with it.

Any and all ideas are welcome.

Quiche? Just eat it with salad and new potatoes.

Just eat it cold, with salad, and some sort of sauce on the side (aioli, crème fraiche / cucumber, or lemon mayo for example). No need to complicate it further. I love BBQ leftovers!

Agree, have it with a lovely salad (maybe cucumber and dill) with perhaps a bit of mayonnaise and new pots; delicious!
