You might like [[http://www.amazon.co.uk/Grains-Molly-Brown/dp/1742707351 The Definitive Guide Grains Seeds & Legumes by Molly Brown.

Search inside the book before you buy: here

I have just bought a fabulous recipe book from our local charity shop called The Smitten Kitchen by Deb Perelman. It's got easy healthy recipes and she's got a website too. The Smitten Kitchen. The measurements are in American sized cups but you soon get used to it and you can buy a set of measuring cups at any cookware shop.

We like enchiladas (turkey mince and chopped vegetables mixed through with pesto so no spice), meatballs, chicken kebabs, chicken drumsticks/thighs/breast in bbq sauce, breaded chicken/fish, fish topped with pesto then breadcrumbs, baked potatoes with various toppings, quiche, salad in a tortilla basket, non-spicy fajitas/tacos, savoury mince on top of nachos, homemade pizza, lasagne (mince/veg/chicken).

Not overly exciting but we like taco shells and mince. I use smoked paprika to change things a little

Also salmon fillets baked with Cajun spice - really quick and tasty

Marking my place too :

Made really easy courgette gratin tonight from olive magazine. Fry up an onion, thinly slice courgettes. Layer the two in a baking dish, pour in small carton of double cream (not very healthy), cover in grated Parmesan and bung in the oven for twenty mins at 180. Had with grilled lamb chops.

So good I'm telling random strangers about it Grin

Corn Quesadillas. Tasty but not too spicy.

Just reread the list of things you are currently eating and there's no fish. Is it because you don't like it? If not, could you try this fish pie or how about fish in a bag?

Do you ever each vegetarian meals either? How about this squash risotto? Smile

Have you tried anything new yet MIL? Smile
