love marrow, bored of stuffing it, what else could I do ( keep it clean!)

Looking for some recepies for marrow, the ones in my books are not inspiring. Anyone got any good ideas?

Marrow chutney?

could do! Any ideas for suppers? Anyone? Marrow must be a tricky one!

1. Cut out central part with seeds, cut into chunks and toss in seasoned flour, fry in oil until it starts to brown.

2. Cut into chunks as above, cook gently in tomato passata or puree. The marrow will give off a lot of water so if you cook it slowly you shouldn't need to add any. 3. Cut into chunks as above, fry in oil, add curry paste to taste and turn heat down to minimum to allow flavours to infuse into the marrow. 4. Use in ratatouille with onions, aubergines, tomatoes and peppers (just as you would use courgettes, in fact) 5. Add to vegetable soups and blend with the rest of the ingredients. 6.
