We are having a camping get together with friends. We are having a big lunch together and I am making a pudding. Any ideas for an easy, no cook pudding that I could do? We will need to take the ingredients with us and make it there. Thank you!

Eton mess? Buy a packet of meringues, fruit and thick cream. Crumble up meringues, mix, eat!

Or the often suggested flake and banana in foil trick with some squirty cream - I think the Anchor version is just cream with a tiny bit of sugar.

Forget the flake, you want Mars bars chopped up inside the banana inside the foil...

Fruit salad?

Meringue, evaporated milk and bananas.
