Apple and Mint Chutney

Anyone got a recipe?
My fab book doesn't have all the preserves after all

Google search has loads of recipes, can't say I've ever done this. Spiced apple chutney though, I use Nigellas

All the recipes I can find are in cups, anyone know one in kg/g? (or even better lb and oz?)

I tried one of the cup ones this am, tried some when I was puttingcit in jars and it was quite nice.

3 cups of chopped apples
1/2- sultanas
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2tbsp mint

put it all in a pan and cook it until soft and chutney like aren't I technical!
