Ice cream recipes/ suggestions please

Ice cream maker is busy busy busy in this sunshine.
DH's favourite is banana, which is so easy and so very delicious.
I've just discovered that peppermint-oreo is darned fine but that vanilla with bits of dime bar wasn't so good
Does anyone have any flavour suggestions or recipes or any ice-cream tips to share?

Punnet of fresh strawberries, big dollop of strawberry jam, vanilla essence, tub of double cream, a banana. Blend in blender then put in ice cream maker. Delicious.

Healthier version is: miss out jam, vanilla and cream and add a large tub of vanilla yoghurt instead.

Will definitely give it a go this weekend. And it will definitely be the not healthier version!

Brown bread ice cream, honeycomb, raspberry ripple, passion fruit, marmalade and dark choc shavings, ginger and rhubarb, cookie dough, chocolate, honey and nutmeg, cinnamon.
