Defrosting chicken!

I know. Exciting eh? Just checking with the great MN. Defrosted chicken (breasts) in microwave. Walked away as it was taking an age and when I returned the chicken looked cooked on the outside but raw and frozen in the middle. Oops!
If I cook it immediately and thoroughly then I won't poison us will I?!

I knew I should have claimed it was a penis beaker/bumsex thread! Chicken is clearly sooo boring.
Well if we get poisoned then I blame MN!

did you have it on the defrost function? maybe try cutting the cooked edges off and then continue defrosting in short bursts.

It will be fine as long as its eventually cooked properly.
