Am about to get organised. Have lots of beef, some pork and some chicken. DH has taken boys out and I'm going to have a freezer day. What are your favourite freezer meal recipes?

Bump
Any beef casserole - with beer or with wine.

I haven't got a large freezer so am limited to a few casserole meals for 2 or 4 people.

Shepherd pie
Spag bog
Tomato and roasted veg sauce
Beef and mushroom pie mix add pastry when cooking
Chicken and mushroom pie mix
Beef stew
Chicken Caseroles

Various Soups

Chicken and noodles
Pumpkin
Tomato and veg.

i also make and freeze

Tomato sauce
Chicken Stock

When i was working i would cook a piece of pork and beef, slice freeze in batches with gravy so i could do a quick roast dinner.

I also make batches of yorkshire Puddings freeze when cook so they only take minutes to cook.

I buy from Asda metal dishes like what takeways use and also in small plastic pots for dd.

Make lots of things like

Minestrone Soup
Canelloni
Lasagne
Ratatouille (sp?)
Pies
Casseroles
Currys

You should buy a few chuickens too and poach them - then make a chicken curry, a chicken soup and a pie - chuck sweetcorn and mushrooms and betchemal with the chicken, freeze in a bag and then buy ready made pastry cut into rounds when you want to cook it.

Oooohhhhh am having a curry tonight and as I am waiting for DS to wake for lunch I am making myself all hungry!!!
