How to use up mulled wine in the summer?

I have several bottles of mulled wine left from Christmas. Just wondering if anyone knows a way to use them up in the summer other than just heated on the hob?

OJ, ice, sparkling water or maybe elderflower pressé, slices of citrus and pass it off as Sangria?
