Help! Beautiful cod loin fillets...

And not a clue how to cook them. I don't want to waste such a nice bit of fish, any ideas?

I have 4 in the fridge after a special offer at Sainsburies and would normally just bake them with some tomatoes but hope someone else has other ideas!

looseleaf I had a look through mrs google, I think I'm going for wrapping them in Parma ham and oven baking them.

Or foil parcels with fresh Thai spices and lemon or lime wedges, served with watercress salad

Poached gently then served with a herby sauce

Or rubbed with Moroccan spice powder and sprinkled with seseme seeds and dry fried.

All work as well with coley.
