I am clearing out my freezers & found some whole sea bream, which I thought I'd cook for myself & DH for dinner tonight. However, I'm not quite sure what to do with it, so does anybody have any suggestions? I have most of the usual herbs in the freezer (not sure about rosemary though), plus tinned toms, mini peppers, lemon juice (not actual lemons though).
I thought I'd accompany it with tiny cubed potatoes & steamed veg (broccoli, carrots, asparagus)
