Did you cheat when creating the steam with cotton wool soaked in boiling water by any chance? Nice kitchen.

I did this yesterday for my family. Loved it! Our kids are 2 and 4, so I throttled back a bit on the tandoori paste but probably shouldn't have. It looked fabulous, and tasted delicious. Definitely falls into that category of food which makes me look like a much better cook than I actually am.

I've got this marinating for later. Mmm!
