how long will fairy cakes keep in a tin?

I made a load of fairy cakes today - cut out a wedge from the middle and filled with raspberry jam and butter icing then replaced the wedge.

They went straight into a tin which I won't open until I have to!
will they taste ok on Monday?

How were they? Fairy cakes go stale after a day in my experience.

Depends who they're for!! Me, I tend not to bother with them if they're more than a day or two old. Fine for DC's lunch boxes for at least a week
