Eve's pudding help

I want to make Eve's pudding for my DP tonight, can I make it now and reheat it later? Will it still be tasty if I do that?

While I'm asking does anyone have a good recipe for it? Was just going to do this one

It'll be fine, and heated up again would be OK, although personally I wouldn't necessarily bother, cold would be OK with me. Also, for preference I like a bit of texture with the apples so wouldn't use Bramley's (or not ALL Bramleys). I would try using half Bramleys and half Granny Smith.
