I had an idea in the supermarket that I could make a vanilla base and put it in the ice cream maker then chunk up a bought cheesecake towards the end of the churn. All the recipes for cheesecake ice cream seem to involve making the cheesecake. Or shall I eat the cheesecake and not mention it to anyone...
