Freezing Lemon Tart- Can you?

Trying to get ahead for a party next weekend and thought I might start by making some of the puddings ahead of time and freezing until the night before. The lemon tart is a traditional recipe using eggs and cream etc with pastry base. I'm thinking it will be fine to freeze but didn't want a last minute disaster!

Has anyone done this before? I know the base will be fine to freeze, what about the filling?
