Mine doesn't really eat fruit and veggies get short shrift. I feel like we really very heavily on hummus and toast. In fact I think she generally has far too much bread. Need ideas!

DS is a bit older than 18 months but favourite snacks are:

Crackers, cheese cubes and cucumber sticks
Sugar free banana muffins - I make a big batch and freeze
Veggie fritters - courgette and sweetcorn are a hit here. Again I make in batches and freeze
Corn on the cob
Nuts especially roasted unsalted cashews

Raisins
Sliced cucumber with skin taken off
Rice cakes
Sliced apple
Strawberries
Organix goodies corn snacks like carrot stix and tomato stars
cherry tomatoes
plain biscuit
omelette made with one egg, 4 cherry tomatoes and small sprinkle of cheese. (my ds never noticed the tomatoes in it)

Both of mine loved cheese straws.

There's some more suggestions hereSmile
