Baked cheese cake help

Just made the hairy bikers dulche de leche cheesecake. 1.5 hrs at 140c and out of the oven now cooling before it's to chill in the fridge
It's a nice caramel colour but still quite wobbly
Is this ok or does it need longer?

Probably ok....I think it's easy to overcook, but I always find it hard to get right! Should set a little as it cools

It's definitely firmer now, though lost its height about to pop it in the fridge
