I think about 4 hours

Depends where it is defrosting e.g. I would leave it on the work top and it would probably take a couple of hours. In my fridge it would take most of the day as the fridge is really cold.

Put it in a sealable plastic food bag and leave it in a sink of mildly hot water. Will be defrosted in about 15mins.

I cook it from frozen.
