Turkey Curry

We had a turkey for Easter, so now have lots to use up. Does anyone have an easy but delicious turkey curry recipe, please?

Yes, that was my concern.

Yes it's fine to freeze. you can't re freeze raw chicken or turkey but cooked is fine.

I thought the rule was you should only freeze and reheat once in each state?
ie you can freeze raw turkey, thaw, cook then freeze again but if you are using precooked turkey to make the curry you can't reheat or freeze it.

That's what I do anyway
