Duck breasts for dinner - how will I cook them?

I have duck breasts, a mango, a jar of red cabbage, onions

Would like to make a nice dinner tonight. Will do roast potatoes too.

Thank You so much (I know they aren't as tasty as the legs)

Cut the fat across in a sort of diamond pattern. Heat a heavy frying pan until really hot, and then put the breasts in skin side down. Cook until the fat goes crispy.

I'd serve with a red wine sauce - the Michel Roux one from bbc food page's recipe for beef wellington is a good one.
