I made a chicken and veg pie on Monday night, and did double filling. The extra portion was cooled quickly and went straight into the fridge as I intended to freeze it but didn't have room at the time so stuck in fridge.
Just realised I never got round to it so have a whole pies worth of chicken and veg in the fridge,
If I make the pastry and cook the pie tomorrow lunchtime then do you think it will still be ok? It will be well heated through as takes 30 mins in oven.
I don't want to do it tonight as it's Good Friday and was planning fish for tea.
