Loads of cherry vine tomatoes!!!!!!!!!!!

My dp's best friend came to visit yesterday and brought us loads(I mean loads)of cherry toms on the vine from his garden I will need to do something with them today/tomorrow as we can't eat them all and I don't want to waste them they are so delicious Any ideas?

i made a good tomato sauce the other day by roasting tomatoes (& aubergine) with onion, garlic & olive oil & then whizzing it up. you could freeze it too.

roasted cherry toms are gorgeous.
Tomato tart with pesto and mozarella is nice too - just use square of puff pastry, spread on pesto and then out toms and cheeses on top and bake for 20 mins or so.
If you have loads I would go down the sauce route as you can can freeze it and sue for pizza topping, pasta, etc.

also just thoughr of roasted tomato soup - roast toms with onion and garlic and oil, and then simmer with stock, salt pepper etc and whiz up

oh and a bit of naturakl fromage frais or creme fraiche at the end - yumm - can I come for lunch?
