Cake mixture has curdled

My cake mixture curdled and even when I added the flour it didn't come together. It's in the oven now - will it be a disaster?

Its one of those wait and sees i'm afraid!! is it a victoria sponge type thing cause usually they're very robust - I always find that mixing mixtures with a an electric whisk is usually a good fix for curdling

Too late now, but if this happens again, stir in a tablespoon of flour very gently as soon as you see the mixture starting to curdle. If you catch it quickly enough it will save your cake.
