My dd has always wanted cheese and cucumber sandwiches for lunch. The other day she got a sick bug and it was a cheese sandwich that she started to eat when she was sick. She now goes mad if I go anywhere near her with a sandwich or cheddar. She is hungry but I have managed to get her to eat scrambled egg only. I tried cream cheese on toast and she ate 1 square before giving it back. What else can I offer her I don't want her to have egg every day

Spaghetti hoops on toast? Baked beans? Eggy bread? Rice salady type thing? Soup? Pizza? In our house, left overs from yesterday's dinner. The list is endless really!

Hummus and carrot sandwiches or pinwheels, baked sweet potatoes with pesto, I make mac and cheese and freeze into lunch sized portions, I make koftas and salad, soup, brioche, fruit and yoghurt, last nights leftovers, beans on toast, homemade mini pizzas....if I think of more i will be back!
