Is this lamb mince ok?

I got some lamb mince from Ocado on Sunday, use by tomorrow, I'm planning on cooking it tonight as kebab type balls.

It looks a bit grey which isn't very appealing but I'm not so worried, but the plastic tray and lid has kind of vacuumed in on itself.

I can only find info online about swollen mince packs rather than sucked in but is the mince going to be safe to eat?

If it doesn't smell really evil when you open it, or when you start to cook it, it's fine.

Surface of mince often oxidises.

Thanks, it was a no go, fuck knows why it went wrong but it definitely wasn't right!
