Argh...... cooked a MOUND of the stuf cos Dh's aunt was coming to dinner, then she called to say that the central line is down and we didn't get back to her soon enough to be able to tell her to come on the mainline, so I thus have 2 roasting trays of the gorgeous stuff cooking away.... we'll do the best we can, but can i freeze it, or should i try and pulp it into a pasta sauce before i freeze it? or what??
