Anyone have any? I'm hoping I can slow cook, then freeze..

Can't babies eat the same as adults, but less salt etc and mashed up a bit? Our DDs just used to have the same as us.

I would do my normal slow cooker meals (beef stew/chicken casserole etc) but use a baby safe stock cube (Heinz make them for 4+ months) instead of a normal one. Adults can always add salt at the table.

Normal recipes will be fine, as long as you don't add salt (or normal stock, salt or honey!). Then just mash it a bit if it's too lumpy. I used to cube the meat and veg to about 1cm cubes to avoid having to mash later :)

Happy cooking!
