I have two courgette, three carrots, three tins chopped tomatoes, one chicken breast, red lentils, spaghetti, some egg noodles, wafer thin ham, one baking potato, one onion, one garlic bulb, some pesto and some pasata sauce. Need to feed two adults, DD1 (eats adult portion) DD2 only three and mostly picks and is very fussy. Get money tomorrow and will start meal plan from then but two days extra this week (usually get cash Friday) and have never been stuck. Blush Thanks

Perhaps ratatouille with a baked potato. pesto chicken breast on the side (if you could get more chicken).

How about a sauce made with the garlic, onion, chopped courgettes, pasata/tinned toms, chopped chicken and/or ham served over spaghetti?

You could also make a lentil spag bol using garlic, onion, grated courgette and carrot, red lentils and pasata/tinned toms.

Both would need some basil or oregano (or a spoonful of pesto) in for flavour and maybe a glug of red wine if you have any.

I would make red lentil soup with one grates carrot, red lentils and a tin of toms (as long as I had a stock cube) for lunch, then I would fry the chicken breast, half onion, garlic clove and courgettes(leave a half), mix in the pesto and serve on top of the spaghetti.
Next day I would use my half an onion, courgette, last carrot and garlic clove to make a small stir fry. ( presuming I have soy sauce and Chinese five spice ) with the egg noodles.
I would bake the potato , leave to cool and chop into about ten wedges and fry as a potato wedge snack before going food shoppingSmile

or slice open the chicken, stuff with pesto and garlic, fry to brown then bung in the oven, have with tomato sauce Italian style with a few lentils in to bulk up/pasta

Make a tomato sauce with the tinned toms, half the onion and a bit of the pesto, wine if you have it, and or stock from a cube. Cook the spaghetti, just before serving chop up the ham and stir it into the sauce, serve over the spaghetti.
Make soup with the lentils, the rest of the onion, the pasatta, some of the garlic and one grated carrot and the diced potato.
Make a stir fry with the sliced up chicken, the courgettes some garlic the carrots grated and the noodles.
