Masticating juicer

Can anyone recomend a masticating juicer that is easy to clean and works well? I've also posted in general health. Can't decide which one to buy.

mine is the Andrew james one,been ok.friend has a Philips and she loves it.....residue build upis a problem with mine tho

Thanks, how long do they take to clean? Do they go in the dishwasher?
