Oh you are so lucky! I'd just dust in seasoned flour and fry and serve with lemon.

I like it as you can't overcook the squid which is always my worry.

I don't know why I don't buy it more often, it's not expensive, quick to cook and the kids love it. Result!

I'm Portuguese and love squid dishes - my favourite is squid stew with tomato, chorizo, peas and a poached egg on top.
Not crazy about calamari though (doesn't taste of squid at all, could be eating onion rings)

Seasoned flour - I went for simple - with LOADS of salt and pepper. It was lush!
