Can you freeze home-made moussaka?

I am just about to start batch-cooking meals for once my baby arrives (due next week), and wondered if you can freeze cooked moussaka? Not sure if the potatoes and aubergines will freeze well - don't want to do it if it ends up as a mush once defrosted and cooked again.

Anyone know if you can do this / have any tips on how best to prepare it so it doesn't turn to mush?

Yes of course you can freeze it.

Leave it to cool completely over night in the dish in the fridge then portion it up the next day.
