I'm making a birthday cake got DC. It's a chocolate cake and its in the oven (crosses fingers).
I need to leave for work a few minutes after it iscooked. I'll be back about 3 hours later.
Should I turn it straight from tin to a wire rack? Will it be ok to stay there for 3 hours?
Once cooled should I wrap in foil, or cling, or grease proof paper? I planned on storing it in a tin, but its too big
