Just that really.
My DD will drink water most of the time but sometimes asks for something flavoured. She then usually has apple juice (watered down a bit) or some squash.
My BIL likes to lecture everyone in his life about diet and nutritional always starts to witter at this. However his DD is always clutching a smoothy! Which even I know is sugary!
So what's best? Does he know it all? Or as I suspect is a very weak squash ok once or twice a day?
