What can I do with cauliflower leaves?

I usually chuck out cauliflower leaves, but are they good for anything? They could always go in a soup I suppose, although it doesn't really appeal. Any ideas?

Could boil them up with other veg trimmings for a veg stock and then freeze it?

If they are fairly small I just treat them like Chinese cabbage, slice and stir fry. The larger ones can be treated like chard. Separate the leaves from the stems, cook the stems in soup or stew, I sometimes use a veg peeler to remove the outside if it's coarse. Then just treat. The leaves as spring greens.
