Pulled pork - what do you eat it with?

I saw a link to a great pulled pork recipe on here a few days ago and want to give it a try.

I've only eaten pulled pork once and that was in the Wahaca restaurant and was served on top of soft tortilla type things. I did think of having a side dish of roasted sweet potato, but that's as far as the inspiration goes.

The question is how do you eat your pulled pork?

We have it in slider buns with salsa and cheese. Corn on the cob, slaw and wedges on the side.

Yum!

In a soft white roll

wedges, or chips. Salady stuff, maybe potato salad too. Usually with dips and big squishy rolls.

That was quick.

I may possibly have the makings of coleslaw in the fridge, so that could work.

Does tortilla's, coleslaw and sweet potato chips sound odd?

I know LordP. We even make them ourselves.

Wink

Sounds good OP.

Often with Savoy cabbage or coleslaw, green beans, dcs have chips.
