I am having a few friends round tomorrow for a thai curry and don't know what to do as a starter.I just want something easy and snacky really that they can have with drinks while I get on with things Any ideas?I am doing 2 curries one tiger prawn and the other chick pea and potato so something to go with those that won't fill them up too much xxx

what about dip-py things rather than a formal starter?

or maybe some smoked salmon on brown bread with lemon slices. simple but lovely.

Thai prawn crackers and sweet chilli sauce?

There is a scrummy anchovie dip thing that is easy to make and you dip crudite and bread in it - thats what I do if need something light!
