Have lettuce and cabbage left over from last weeks veg box and more arriving in this weeks. Any ideas? Was thinking of suop, so any recipes for lettuce or cabbage soup appreciated. Also have a hlf a bag of chard left (meant to cancel tis weekd box and forgot!)
Alternatively anuthing cabbagy I could make up and freeze as having a dinner party next week
